摘  要:氯盐侵蚀是引起钢筋混凝土结构劣化的主要原因之一,临界氯离子浓度则是判别钢筋锈蚀主要参数,也是预测耐久性服役寿命的重要因素。对临界氯离子浓度的研究虽然越来越重视,但基于大数据的多变量分析在临界氯离子浓度的研究仍较匮乏。通过文献调研确定了49篇相关文献,针对1142个案例将临界氯离子浓度按4种表达方式进行深入分析。首先,采用方差分析法、偏相关分析法和最大信息系数法对临界氯离子浓度的影响因素进行分析与比较;其次,对其影响的相关性大小进行排序,得出保护层、钢筋类型和水灰比对临界氯离子浓度的相关性最为显著;最后,从上述3个关键因素出发,提出了提高混凝土临界氯离子浓度的有效措施。Chloride penetration is a main cause resulting in the deterioration of RC structures,and the critical chloride concentration(C cr)is an important parameter to judge corrosion initiation of steel bars and to predict the durability service life.Although more attentions have been paid on C cr,the multivariate analysis based on the big data is still missing.49 related articles have been reviewed and 1142 cases have been collected to analyze C cr by four forms in depth.The variance analysis,the partial correlation analysis and the maximal information coefficient(MIC)were adopted to identify the key factors affecting C cr and the corresponding correlation levels were sorted.The results indicated that the concrete cover depth,the type of steel bar and the w/c ratio have significant correlations on C cr.Finally,some measures to improve the value of C cr were proposed according to the most significant factors.
