摘　　要：目的研究成都市居民家庭药品使用现状、储备情况及可及性。方法采用分层多阶段随机整群抽样法,选取2018年成都市城区、县城、乡镇210户家庭,依据世界卫生组织(WHO)《药品可及性及药品使用情况入户调查指南》进行实证调研,采用Epidata 3.1软件录入数据,采用统计性描述分析家庭药品使用和储备情况,以及地理可及性及药品的可负担性和可获得性,并与2015年进行比较。结果成都市居民家庭药品地理可及性及可获得性较好,医疗卫生服务质量认知度较2015年高,居民的家庭储备药品情况较好,使用抗菌药物家庭的比例呈下降趋势;居民家庭药品费用呈上升趋势,家庭医保报销水平仍较低。结论建议政府进一步加强抗菌药物监管,规范居民合理使用抗菌药物行为,逐步提高补偿力度,提高医保报销水平,完善医疗资源合理配置机制。Objective To study the usage,reserves and accessibility of household medications in the Chengdu City.Methods Multistage stratified sampling method was adopted to select 210 families in the cities,counties and townships of Chengdu as the sample.An empirical investigation was conducted based on World Health Organization(WHO)Manual for the Household Survey to Measure Access and Use of Medicines.Epidata 3.1 software was used to input data,and the usage,reserves,geographic accessibility,affordability and availability of household medications were statistically analyzed and compared with those in 2015.Results The geographical accessibility and availability of household medications in Chengdu residents’families were better,and the awareness of medical and health service quality was higher than that in 2015,the household medications in residents’families was more,and the proportion of families using antibiotics showed a downward trend.However,the cost of household medications were on the rise,and the proportion of medical insurance reimbursement was still low.Conclusion It is suggested that the government should strengthen the supervision of antibiotics,standardize residents’rational use of antibiotics,gradually increase the compensation,improve the proportion of medical insurance reimbursement,and improve the rational allocation of medical resources.
