摘 要:目的改进医院静脉用药调配中心的药品消毒方法。方法将240支玻璃安瓿装灭菌注射用水随机分为C_(1)组、C_(2)组、C_(3)组、P_(1)组、P_(2)组、P_(3)组,各40支。C_(1)组、C_(2)组、C_(3)组采用传统消毒法,P_(1)组、P_(2)组、P_(3)组采用喷雾式消毒法。C_(1)组、P_(1)组加硫乙醇酸盐流体培养基,C_(2)组、P_(2)组加改良马丁培养基均作为阴性对照,C_(3)组、P_(3)组接种金黄色葡萄球菌,作为为阳性对照。按无菌操作法操作,记录耗时及成本,并分别采用不溶性微粒检测法和无菌检测法(薄膜过滤法)考察不溶性微粒及微生物的杀灭情况。结果与C_(1)组、C_(2)组、C_(3)组比较,P_(1)组、P_(2)组、P_(3)组耗时明显更短经济成本明显更低(P<(0.01));C组和P组微粒数比较差异无统计学意义(P>(0.05));仅C_(3)组第2天、P_(3)组第3天有菌生长。结论传统消毒法与喷雾式消毒法在输液微粒控制、微生物杀灭方面效果相当,后者用时更短,经济成本更低。Objective To improve the disinfection mode of drugs in the Pharmacy Intravenous Admixture Services(PIVAS).Methods Totally240 glass ampoules for sterilized injection water were randomly divided into groups C_(1),C_(2),C_(3),P_(1),P_(2) and P_(3),40 glass ampoules in each group.Groups C_(1),C_(2) and C_(3) received the traditional disinfection method,and groups P_(1),P_(2) and P_(3) received the spray disinfection method.Group C_(1),group P_(1)(added thioglycolate fluid medium),group C_(2) and group P_(2)(added modified Martin medium)were negative controls,group C_(3) and group P3(inoculated with Staphylococcus aureus)were positive controls.According to the aseptic operation method,the disinfection time and economic cost were recorded,and the sterilization of insoluble particles and microorganisms was investigated by in soluble particle test and sterility test(membrane filtration method).Results The disinfection time of groups P_(1),P_(2) and P_(3) was significantly shorter than that of groups C_(1),C_(2) and C_(3),and the economic cost of groups P_(1),P_(2) and P_(3) was significantly lower than that of groups C_(1),C_(2) and C_(3)(P<0.01).There was no significant difference in the number of particles between groups C and groups P(P>0.05).Only group C_(3) had bacteria growth on the second day and group P_(3) had bacteria growth on the third day.Conclusion The traditional disinfection method and spray disinfection method have the equivalent effect in the control of infusion particles and the sterilization of microorganisms,and the latter is is more time-saving and economical.
