摘 要:目的研究疏风退热方中薄荷、荆芥穗的最优煎煮工艺。方法以薄荷挥发油和荆芥穗挥发油的溶出率为考察指标,以浸泡时间(A)、煎煮时间(B)、煎煮压力(C)、煎煮温度(D)为考察因素,采用L_9(3~4)正交试验优化薄荷、荆芥穗煎煮工艺,并进行验证。结果优选的薄荷、荆芥穗最优煎煮工艺为100 kPa下,药材用水浸泡20 min后,薄荷加入方中前下药物的煎煮液,100℃煎煮5 min后,加入荆芥穗再煎煮5 min。所得薄荷挥发油平均溶出率为11.34%(RSD=0.25%),荆芥穗挥发油平均溶出率为12.32%(RSD=0.25%)。结论该煎煮工艺操作简便、稳定可靠,可用于疏风退热方中后下药物的煎煮。Objective To optimize the decoction process of Mentha haplocalyx and Spica Schizonepetae tenuifoliae in Shufeng Tuire Decoction.Methods The decoction process of Mentha haplocalyx and Spica Schizonepetae tenuifoliae was optimized and verified by L9(34)orthogonal test with the dissolution rate of Mentha haplocalyx and Spica Schizonepetae tenuifoliae as the index,and with the immersion time(A),decoction time(B),construction pressure(C)and decoction temperature(D)as the factors.Results The optimal decoction process of Mentha haplocalyx and Spica Schizonepetae tenuifoliae was as follows:under 100 k Pa,the immersion time of medicinal materials was 20 min,Mentha haplocalyx was added into the decoction of the first decocted medicinal materials and decocted at 100℃for5 min,and then the Spica Schizonepetae tenuifoliae was added and decocted for 5 min.The average dissolution rate of volatile oil from Mentha haplocalyx was 11.34%(RSD=0.25%)and that from Spica Schizonepetae tenuifoliae was 12.32%(RSD=0.25%).Conclusion The decoction process is simple,stable and reliable,which can be used for the decoction of the middle and later decocted medicinal materials in Shufeng Tuire Decoction.
