归鳖滋阴散联合穴位针刺治疗干燥综合征临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨归鳖滋阴散联合穴位针刺治疗干燥综合征的临床疗效,以及对患者白细胞介素2(IL-2)、可溶性白细胞介素2受体(s IL-2R)水平的影响。方法选取医院2017年10月至2019年10月收治的干燥综合征患者82例,采用随机数字表法分为西医组和中医组,各41例。西医组患者口服硫酸羟氯喹片,中医组患者予归鳖滋阴散联合穴位针刺治疗,两组均持续治疗3个月。结果中医组总有效率为95.12%,显著高于西医组的73.17%(P <0.05);中医组患者治疗后的双目干涩、口渴欲饮、乏力自汗、大便秘结等中医证候积分,干燥综合征疾病自我感受(ESSPRI)评分和干燥综合征疾病活动度(ESSDAI)评分,以及IL-2和s IL-2R水平均显著低于西医组,生理机能、生理职能、健康状况、躯体疼痛、情感职能、心理健康、活力、社会功能评分均显著高于西医组(P <0.05);中医组不良反应发生率为4.88%,显著低于西医组的24.39%(P <0.05)。结论归鳖滋阴散联合穴位针刺治疗干燥综合征,可显著改善临床症状,降低ESSPRI及ESSDAI评分和IL-2及s IL-2R水平,提高患者生活质量。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Guibieziyin Powder combined with acupoint acupuncture in the treatment of patients with Sj9 gren’s syndrome and its effect on the levels of interleukin-2(IL-2)and soluble interleukin-2 receptor(s IL-2 R).Methods Totally 82 patients with Sj?gren’s syndrome admitted to our hospital from October 2017 to October 2019 were selected and divided into the Western medicine group and the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)group according to the random number table method,41 cases in each group.The patients in the Western medicine group were treated with Hydroxychloroquine Sulfate Tablets,while the patients in the TCM group were treated with Guibieziyin Powder combined with acupoint acupuncture.Both groups were continuously treated for three months.Results The total effective rate of the TCM group was 95.12%,which was significantly higher than 73.17%of the Western medicine group(P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of dry eyes,thirsty for drinking,fatigue and self-perspiration and constipation,the scores of EULAR Sj9 gren’s syndrome patients reported index(ESSPRI)and EULAR Sj?gren’s syndrome disease activity index(ESSDAI),the levels of IL-2 and s IL-2 R in the TCM group were significantly lower than those in Western medicine group,while the scores of physical functioning,role-physical,health status,bodily pain,emotional function,mental health,vitality and social function in the TCM group were significantly higher than those in the Western medicine group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the TCM group was 4.88%,which was significantly lower than 24.39%in the Western medicine group(P<0.05).Conclusion Guibieziyin Powder combined with acupoint acupuncture in the treatment of Sj?gren’s syndrome can significantly improve the clinical symptoms,reduce the scores of ESSPRI and ESSDAI and the levels of IL-2 and s IL-2 R,and improve the quality of life of patients.
