摘  要:探索不同环剥处理方式对红豆树容器苗根生长及新梢生长的影响,可为红豆树的无性繁殖提供依据。本研究以3年生的红豆树容器苗为研究对象,采用不同的环剥宽度(2 cm和1 cm)和环剥距离(离地距离:30 cm和70 cm)进行处理,测定红豆树苗根生长指标(根长、根径和生根数量),同时,测定新梢生长指标(新梢长度和分枝数量)。结果表明:在不同环剥距离处理下,红豆树苗根的根长、根径、生根数量、新梢长度及分枝数量均表现为在环剥宽度为2 cm处理下显著高于1 cm处理下(P<0.05);而在不同环剥宽度处理下,红豆树苗根的根长、根径、生根数量、新梢长度及分枝数量也均表现为在环剥距离为30 cm处理下显著高于70 cm处理下(P<0.05)。Pearson相关性分析表明:苗根数量与根长、根径呈显著正相关(P<0.05),根长与新梢长度呈显著正相关(P<0.05),新梢长度与新梢分枝数量也呈显著正相关(P<0.05)。环剥宽度为2 cm且环剥距离为30 cm的处理方式最佳,更有利于红豆树苗根和新梢的生长,而且根的生长能够促进新梢的生长。To explore the effects of different girdling treatment on root growth and new shoots of ormosiahosiei,the 3-year ormosiahosiei seedlings were treated with different girdling with different widths(2 cm and 1 cm)and different distances between(30 cm and 70 cm).The root growth indexes(root length,root diameter and root numbers)of seedlings were measured.The results showed that the root length,root diameter,root number,new shoot length and new branch number of seedling were significantly higher with 2 cm girdling width treatment than with 1 cm(P<0.05).Under different girdling widths,the root length,root diameter,root number,new shoots and new branch numbers of seedling roots were significantly higher with the 30 cm girdling distance than with the 70 cm(P<0.05).Meanwhile,Pearson correlation analysis showed that the number of seedling roots was significantly positively correlated with the root length and root diameter(P<0.05),the root length was significantly positively correlated with the length of new shoot length(P<0.05),and the new shoot length was also significantly positively correlated with the number of new branch numbers(P<0.05).It can be concluded that girdling width of 2 cm and girdling distances of 30cm are the best treatments,which are more conducive to the growth of seedling roots and new shoot of ormosiahosiei.
