摘  要:结合水厂实际,采用工业硅酸钠为原料、硫酸铝作为活化剂,配制活化硅酸溶液,研究了配制活化硅酸的控制方法、最佳活化状态和保质期等。实验结果表明,当硅酸溶液配制浓度为0.7%(以SiO_(2)计),活化剂(以Al_(2)O_(3)计)与SiO_(2)的质量比为0.11∶1~0.12∶1时,控制剩余碱度在600~900 mg/L,所制得的活化硅酸助凝、助滤效果显著。稀释后的活化硅酸保存期长达15 d以上,且制备和使用安全、方便,适合推广运用。Industrial sodium silicate was used as raw material and aluminum sulfate as activator to prepare activated silicic acid solution,considering the actual situation of waterworks.The control method,optimal activation state and shelf life of activated silicic acid were investigated.The experimental results showed that,when the concentration of silicic acid solution was 0.7%(based on SiO_(2)),the mass ratio of activator(based on Al_(2)O_(3))to SiO_(2)is 0.11∶1~0.12∶1,and the remaining alkalinity was controlled at 600~900 mg/L,the activated silicic acid had significant coagulation filtration aid effect.The storage period of the diluted activated silicic acid was more than 15 days,and its preparation and use were safe and convenient and it was suitable for promotion and application.
