摘  要:赞比西河特大桥是赞比亚芒古-塔博桥梁项目工程的控制性重点工程,主桥为(26.6+40+3×54+40+26.6)m钢-混结合梁桥。钢梁由2根工字钢板梁组成,间距5.5 m,采用联结系连接。钢梁截面高度分别为1.6,1.6~2(变截面段),2,2~2.8(变截面段),2.8 m,宽度均为0.8 m。钢梁上部为预制混凝土桥面板,采用剪力钉连接。7跨钢梁采用“先3跨少支架法架设、后4跨大悬臂法拼装架设”的安装方法施工。钢梁施工采用千斤顶起顶过孔技术,完成钢梁上墩。钢梁节段通过施拧高强度螺栓进行栓接。钢梁安装采用MIDAS Civil软件建模计算并实施控制,保证架梁安全和钢梁线形。Zambezi River Bridge is the main part of Zambia Mongu-Tapo bridge project,the main bridge of which is a steel-concrete composite girder bridge with span arrangement of 26.6,40,3×54,40 and 26.6 m.The steel girder comprises two I steel plates that are spaced at 5.5 m and connected by bracings.With a constant width of 0.8 m,the steel girder has several depths,including 1.6 m,1.6-2 m(section with variable depth),2 m,2-2.8 m(section with variable depth)and 2.8 m.The precast concrete slabs are connected with steel girders via shear studs.In the construction of the seven spans of steel girders,the first three spans were assembled on the scaffolds,and the remaining four spans were assembled in large cantilevers.The girder segments were raised by jacks to facilitate the erection on pier tops.The steel girder segments were bolted together.The erection process of the steel girders was simulated and controlled by using MIDAS Civil to ensure the erection safety and guarantee geometrical shape of the steel girders.
