摘  要:基于核糖体28S部分序列,对来自中国的22种及国外的35种指环虫属(Dactylogyrus Diesing,1850)单殖吸虫进行分子系统发育研究,采用Phylosuite平台构建贝叶斯(bayesian,BI)及最大似然法(maximum likelihood,ML)系统发育树,结果显示非洲的鲤科(Cyprinidae)、欧洲的鲤科、亚洲(中国)的鲤科和鲈科(Percoidea)鱼鳃部寄生指环虫属单殖吸虫各自聚为独立的进化支,其中,采自中国的指环虫为并系群.ML树显示亚洲的鲤科鱼类寄生指环虫起源最早,另外指环虫属的早期宿主除魚巴系鱼外还包括雅罗鱼支系.两种系统发育树均未表现出明显的物种区分关系,说明指环虫属的进化分析受到宿主特异性、采集地、进化历史及分子序列的变异度等多方面的影响.We collected 12 species of Dactylogyrus from the gills of Cyprinidae in Yunnan,China.amplified and sequced it′s 28S DNA partial sequences,then download 45 species of Dactylogyrus partial sequences of 28S DNA from NCBI,in order to draw the phylograms.Phylosuite was used to construct the bayesian(BI)and maximum likelihood(ML)phylograms.And the results shows that the Dactylogyrus spp.clustering into three distinct branches:African,Asian(Chinese)and Europian Dactylogyrus spp.,for which the Chinese Dactylogyrus are indicated into paraphyletic group.ML tree shows that the origin of Dactylogyrus spp.parasite in the gill of Cyprinidae in Asia is the earliest.In addition,the early origin of the host includes both of Leuciscus branch in addition to barboids branch.Phylograms shows significant species differentiation,indicating that the evolutionary analysis of Dactylogyrus spp.was influenced by host specificity,collecting location,evolutionary history and molecular sequence variation and other factors.
