摘  要:采用水泥基灌浆料加固钢筋混凝土能够实现承载力的有效提升,是强化混凝土结构的一般方法。为了研究钢筋混凝土柱在水泥基灌浆料加固后的协同作用性能变化,以待强化混凝土柱表面、待强化柱子表面凿毛处理及待加固柱子表面用钢网状物连接的三种结合表面的处置模式,分别制作三个试件,通过试验观察试件的破坏特性,分析水泥灌浆材料的应变、压力压缩与柱体内钢筋三者之间的关系。结果显示,钢网状物连接的处理方式具有良好的机械性能及经济性,在实际工程中能够起到强化结合表面的作用。The use of cement-based grout to reinforce reinforced concrete can effectively improve the strength and is also a general method for strengthening concrete structures.In order to study the synergistic performance changes of reinforced concrete columns after cement-based grout reinforcement,the test was designed with three kinds of surface treatment they are the surface of the concrete columns strengthened,the surface of the columns roughened on the surface reinforced with steel meshes.In the model,three test spedmens were made respectively.The failure characteristics of the test pieces were observed through experiments,and the relationship between the strain and compression of the cement grouting material and the reinforcement in the column was analyzed.The test results show that the treatment method of steel mesh connection had good mechanical properties and was economic,and can play a role of strengthening the bonding surface in actual engineering.
