摘 要:为探究在柴油机强化过程中曲轴偏置技术对主轴承润滑性能的影响,综合考虑柴油机系统动力学、运动件弹性振动和动力润滑的影响,建立12V150柴油机曲轴轴承系统弹性流体动压润滑模型,分析该型柴油机在不同偏置组合及不同偏置距离下主轴承的润滑性能。研究发现:在第四主轴颈处轴心偏移量较大,润滑性能较差;采用曲轴偏置后,随着偏置距离的增加主轴承最小油膜厚度有了明显提升,最大油膜压力显著降低;当左侧气缸单独偏置时峰值油膜压力改善明显,采用两侧气缸同时偏置比单侧气缸偏置时最小油膜厚度有较大提升。In order to explore the influence of crankshaft offset technology on lubrication performance of main bearing during the strengthening process of diesel engine,considering the influence of diesel engine system dynamics,elastic vibration of moving parts and dynamic lubrication,the elastohydrodynamic lubrication model of crankshaft bearing system of 12 V150 diesel engine was established.The lubrication performance of the fourth main bearing with different offset combinations and different offset distances was studied.It is found that the axis offset at the fourth spindle neck is large and the lubrication performance is poor.With the increase of the offset distance,the minimum oil film thickness of the main bearing is increased significantly,and the maximum oil film pressure is decreased significantly.When the left cylinder is biased alone,the peak oil film pressure is significantly improved,and the minimum oil film thickness is significantly increased when the two cylinders are offset simultaneously than that when the single cylinder is offset.
