摘 要:为制备高效、绿色环保的吸附剂,采用溶液法制备了接枝共聚物,研究了碱处理蔗渣和接枝共聚物对水溶液中溴酚蓝(Bromophenol blue,BPB)的吸附效果及其吸附动力学,并利用傅立叶变换红外光谱,扫描电镜等手段对其结构和形貌进行了表征.结果表明蔗渣碱处理和接枝增加了蔗渣的比表面积,在pH(2-9)的范围内对溴酚蓝的吸附能力有提高,其中接枝共聚物对溴酚蓝的吸附能力最强,最大吸附量为2.11 mg/g,去除率达到70.43%,相比蔗渣和碱处理蔗渣分别提高了56.23%和30.52%.接枝共聚物对溴酚蓝水溶液的吸附过程符合准二级动力学方程,吸附机理主要为化学吸附.In order to prepare efficient,green and environmentally friendly adsorbents,This work was prepare bagasse grafting acrylamide copolymer was prepared by solution method.The adsorption effect and adsorption kinetics of alkali treated bagasse and graft copolymer on bromophenol blue(BPB)in aqueous solution were carried out.Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)and scanning electron microscope(SEM)was used to characterize its structure and morphology.The results showed that the alkali treatment and grafting processing increased the specific surface area of bagasse,and the adsorption capacities of modified bagasse were improved in the experimental pH range(2-9).In addition,the grafting copolymer has the strongest adsorption capacity for BPB.The adsorption capacity of BPB is 2.11 mg/g,the removal rate reached 70.43%,increased by 56.23%and 30.52%compared with bagasse and alkali-treated bagasse,respectively.The adsorption kinetic of bagasse grafting copolymer for BPB is in accord with quasi-secondary kinetics Equation,the adsorption mechanism is mainly chemical adsorption.
