摘  要:运用CFD软件Fluent仿真分析开模件散热器相比手工件散热器流阻超差原因,发现流阻超差主要原因为开模件散热器进水室容积相比手工件减小过多所致。通过加大水室容积对散热器进水室结构进行优化。结果表明:优化后散热器流阻与手工件基本一致,满足设计目标。CFD software FLUENT was used to simulate and analyze the reason of flow resistance difference between the open module radiator and the manual radiator.It was found that the main reason of flow resistance difference was that the inlet chamber volume of the open module radiator was reduced too much compared with the manual radiator.The structure of radiator inlet chamber was optimized by increasing the volume of water chamber.The results show that the flow resistance of the optimized radiator is basically the same as that of the manual parts,which meets the design objectives.
