绿激光前列腺剜切术后留置F16尿管及免冲洗治疗前列腺增生86例报道

摘　　要：目的探索绿激光前列腺剜切+粉碎术后留置F16尿管及免冲洗治疗前列腺增生的可行性和安全性。方法从2018年10月至2019年7月在本院住院的前列腺增生患者中选择了86例患者进行经尿道绿激光前列腺剜切+粉碎术,术后常规留置F16尿管并免膀胱冲洗,回顾分析了患者临床资料:手术时间、术中出血、术后住院时间、术后留置尿管时间、术后尿流率及并发症等。结果86例患者均顺利完成手术,平均手术时间40.3 min、平均手术出血30.9 ml、平均术后住院时间1.6 d、平均术后留置尿管时间5.2 d,术后没有膀胱痉挛患者,没有严重血尿患者,没有再次手术和再次住院患者,没有严重下尿路刺激征患者,有1例短暂尿失禁患者、1例尿道狭窄患者。结论绿激光前列腺剜切术后留置F16尿管及免冲洗治疗前列腺增生是安全可行的,可降低患者住院天数及术后并发症。Objective To explore the feasibility and safety of F16 catheter without bladder irrigation after photoselective vaporization of the prostate for BPH.Methods Eighty-six patients with BPH underwent photoselective vaporization of the prostate from October 2018 to July 2019,and all the patients were indwelled F16 catheter without bladder irrigation after operation.The clinical data were retrospectively analyzed:operation time,blood loss,postoperative hospital stay,catheterization time,Qmax,and postoperative complications.Results The operations of 86 patients were performed successfully.The average operation time was 40.3 min,the average blood loss was 30.9 ml,the average postoperative hospital stay was 1.6 d,the average postoperative catheterization time was 5.2 d,without cystospasm or severe hematuria case,without severe LUTS case,no case needed operation and hospitalization again,there were 1 case of temporary incontinence and 1 case of urethrostenosis.Conclusion The application of F16 catheter without bladder irrigation after photoselective vaporization of the prostate is feasible and safe for BPH,which can reduce the postoperative hospital stay and complications.
