摘 要:提出了通过控制硫化物在脱氧产物上复合析出的方法以减小硫化物对钢性能的不利影响。试验探讨了SiO_(2)-Al_(2)O_(3)对MnS析出行为的影响,并从晶格错配与形核功角度分析了其影响机制。结果表明:MnS以SiO_(2)-Al_(2)O_(3)为核心局部或包裹析出,当氧化物成分为SiO_(2)-1%~10%Al_(2)O_(3)时,MnS在此类氧化物上的复合析出比高于其他成分氧化物,析出所需的形核功较小,两相间的晶格错配度较小。随着SiO_(2)-Al_(2)O_(3)中Al_(2)O_(3)含量的增大,MnS与复合氧化物间的晶格错配度增大,MnS在氧化物上的析出比降低。Method of controlling the composite precipitation of sulfide phase on deoxidized products was proposed to reduce the adverse effect of sulfide phase on properties of steel.The effect of SiO_(2)-Al_(2)O_(3)on the precipitation behavior of MnS was investigated experimentally,and the mechanism of the effect was analyzed from the point of view of lattice mismatch and nucleation work.The results showed that MnS precipitated locally or wrapped on the SiO_(2)-Al_(2)O_(3).When the oxide component was SiO_(2)-1%to 10%Al_(2)O_(3),the composite precipitation ratio of MnS on this kind of oxide was higher than that of other oxides,corresponding to the smaller nucleation work and the lattice mismatch degree between the two phases.With the increase of Al_(2)O_(3)content in SiO_(2)-Al_(2)O_(3),the lattice mismatch degree between MnS and composite oxides increased and the precipitation ratio of MnS on oxide decreased.
