摘  要:自耐万古霉素肠球菌(VRE)被发现后,由VRE引发的耐多药感染率和持续定植率明显升高,而VRE基因操纵子具有独特的遗传变异性并持续进化,使VRE具有多种抗菌药物耐药表型,被世界卫生组织列入“急需新抗生素治疗的细菌”名单,极高的死亡率给临床治疗带来巨大挑战。论文从VRE的起源、耐药机制、传播、流行现状以及VRE治疗的局限性和新型治疗方法探索等方面进行综述,为深入研究VRE传播和提高临床治疗效果提供参考。Since the discovery of vancomycin-resistant Enterococcus(VRE),the rate of multidrug-resistant infection and persistent colonization caused by VRE have increased significantly,and VRE genetic operon has unique genetic variability and continued evolution,giving VRE a variety of antimicrobial resistance phenotypes and being listed by the World Health Organization as"bacteria in urgent need of new antibiotic treatment",which brings great challenges to clinical treatment and causes extremely high mortality.This article reviewed the origin of VRE,the mechanism of drug resistance,the spread between humans and animals,the current status of the epidemic,as well as the limitation of VRE treatment and the exploration of new treatment methods.It provided a reference and basis for further in-depth study of VRE transmission and improvement of clinical treatment effects.
