摘  要:猪δ冠状病毒(Porcine deltacoronavirus,PDCoV)是导致猪肠道疾病的重要病原之一,可引起猪呕吐、严重腹泻和脱水等症状,新生仔猪表现出较高的死亡率。PDCoV常与其他肠道病毒混合感染猪群,给养猪业带来严重的经济损失。因此,快速、高效和特异的检测技术是有效防控PDCoV的关键环节。论文主要对当前国内外应用的PDCoV病原学检测技术进行总结,包括病毒分离培养鉴定、逆转录-聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)、实时荧光定量PCR(RT-qPCR)、逆转录-环介导等温核酸扩增技术(RT-LAMP)、重组酶聚合酶扩增技术(RPA)和基因芯片技术等,并分别介绍了各方法的优缺点,以期为PDCoV的快速诊断方法的研发和疫病的有效防控提供参考。Porcine deltacoronavirus(PDCoV)is one of important enteropathogenic virus that causes vomiting,severe diarrhea and dehydration in pigs,and with high mortality in neonatal piglets.The co-infection of PDCoV with other enteric viruses was commonly existed in swine farms,which causes significant economic losses in pig industry.Therefore,the fast,efficient and specific methods to detect PDCoV are the key measures for the prevention and control of the disease.This review summarized the application methods for detecting PDCoV in domestic and abroad,including viral isolation,culture and identification,reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR),real-time RT-PCR(qRT-PCR),recombinase polymerase amplification(RPA),reverse transcription loop-mediated isothermal amplification(RT-LAMP)and DNA microarray.Additionally,the advantages and disadvantages of these currently used PDCoV detection methods were characterized,thereby providing a technical reference for developing rapid diagnosis method and effective prevention of PDCoV.
