摘　　要：促乳素是垂体前叶嗜酸性细胞和胎盘分泌的一种蛋白激素,分别为垂体促乳素和胎盘促乳素,具有促进乳腺组织发育和泌乳的作用。由于促乳素受体广泛存在于多种组织器官中,因而还具有控制性腺功能与性行为、调节免疫、维持代谢和调节渗透压等功能,并可用于某些疾病的治疗。论文综述了促乳素的分子和基因结构、受体、分泌模式和生理作用等,为促乳素功能的研究和疾病治疗等提供依据。Prolactins are protein hormones secreted by anterior pituitary eosinophils and placenta,including pituitary prolactin and placental lactogen,which can promote breast tissue development and lactation.With the widespread existence of prolactin receptors in tissues and organs,prolactins also have the functions of controlling gonadal function and sexual behavior,regulating immunity,maintaining metabolism and osmotic regulation,and might be used in treatment of some diseases.This paper reviewed the main research progress on prolactins,such as molecular and gene structure,receptor,secretion mode,physiological function and so on.It provides a theoretical basis for the research of prolactin function and the application of disease treatment.
