摘 要:microRNA是非编码RNA中一种重要的不具有编码能力的调节RNA,它广泛存在于真核生物体内并对机体的发育、细胞凋亡、基因表达及蛋白质表达等一系列生物学过程起调控作用。非洲猪瘟(African swine fever,ASF)是一种传染性强、危害大的急性传染病,已严重危害我国养猪业的正常发展。对ASF发病过程中microRNA的研究已成为近年来ASF的研究热点之一。论文对近年来ASF发病过程中的microRNA的作用及其机制进行综述,为未来microRNA在ASF防控中发挥作用提供参考。miRNA is a kind of regulatory RNA without coding potential,it widely exists in the eucaryon and plays a regulatory role in a series of biological processes such as cell development,cell apoptosis,gene expression and protein coding.African swine fever(ASF)is an acute infectious disease with serious harm and high infectivity which had already endangered the development of swine breeding industry in China.The analysis of the miRNAs during the pathogenesis of ASF had become a hotspot in ASF research in recent years.In this paper,we reviewed the function and mechanism of the miRNAs during the pathogenesis of ASF in order to provide the theoretical basis for the prevention strategies and vaccine development of ASF in the future.
