摘 要:针对轨道拼接的旋转式三维编织预制件的建模问题,在分析旋转编织设备和工艺的基础上,对编织过程中锭子坐标变换情况进行分类总结。以矩阵运算的方式描述锭子运动过程,并建立锭子坐标变换与变轨装置状态矩阵对应关系的数学模型;利用计算机编程和图形软件,实现预制件的结构建模。以分支实体预制件为例,通过设定各时刻变轨装置的状态矩阵建立分支预制件的结构模型,并将其与真实织物结构进行对比,结果表明该方法能切实有效地解决织物结构的建模问题。Aiming at the modeling problem of three-dimensional rotary braid preforms with track splicing,the coordinate transformation of carrier in the braiding process was classified and summarized based on the analysis of rotating braided equipment and technology.By describing the movement process of carrier in the form of matrix operations,the mathematical model of the relationship between carrier position coordinate and the state matrix of conversion device was established.Combined with computer programming and graphics software,the preform model was built.Taking the branch solid preform as an example,the structural model of the branch preform was created by setting the state matrix of conversion device at each moment,and compared it with the actual preform structure.The results show that the simulation method can effectively solve the problem of preform structure modeling.
