摘 要:为解决涤纶低弹丝生产过程中能耗波动及多参数耦合的问题,借助碳足迹理论构建一种涤纶低弹丝生产过程的能耗分析模型,对加弹工艺进行了碳足迹核算,设计涤纶低弹丝生产碳排放核算函数,采用基于信噪比正交试验与综合赋权VIKOR(vlsekriterijumska optimizacija i kompromisno resenje)法相结合的方法,构建涤纶低弹丝生产关键工艺参数优化模型,并对模型进行分析与求解。应用验证结果表明,关键工艺参数间的交互效应对生产能耗碳排放量的影响显著,优化模型实现了涤纶低弹丝生产关键工艺参数寻优,提高了涤纶低弹丝成品质量,并使碳排放量降低9.06%。In order to solve the problems of energy consumption fluctuation and multi-parameter coupling in the production process of draw texturing yarn,a model of energy consumption analysis was established in the production process of draw texturing yarn with the help of carbon footprint theory.The carbon footprint accounting function of texturing process was designed,and the method based on signal-to-noise ratio orthogonal test and comprehensive weighting VIKOR(vlsekriterijumska optimizacija i kompromisno resenje)was adopted.The optimization model of key process parameters for draw texturing yarn production was established,and the model was analyzed and solved.The application results show that the interaction of the key process parameters has a significant impact on the carbon emission of the production energy consumption,the optimization of the key process parameters is realized for the production of draw texturing yarn,the quality of the draw texturing yarn has been improved and the carbon emission has been reduced by 9.06%.
