摘　　要：肺炎支原体肺炎是小儿肺炎最常见的疾病。肺炎支原体肺炎患儿体内存在辅助型T细胞免疫失衡。这是近年来小儿支原体肺炎的研究热点。本文对肺炎支原体肺炎患儿T细胞亚群及其细胞因子失衡作一综述。Mycoplasma pneumoniae is the most common disease of pneumonia in chiildren.Children with mycoplasma pneumoniae have an immune imbalance of helper T cells,which has become a hot topic.This paper makes a review on the T cell subsets and cytokine imbalance in mycoplasma pneumoniae children.
