摘　　要：青贮是新鲜牧草安全贮藏的方式之一,青贮原料附生乳酸菌和青贮料的乳酸菌的菌群结构影响青贮品质。本文综述了青贮附生乳酸菌及青贮乳酸菌的种类,并综述了乳酸菌制剂对保障青贮发酵品质、提高有氧稳定性的作用以及抑菌、消除真菌毒素等作用。Silage is one of the safe storage methods of fresh forage.The community structure of epi⁃phytic lactic acid bacteria and lactic acid bacteria in silage affects the quality of silage.The types of epi⁃phytic lactic acid bacteria and silage lactic acid bacteria were reviewed,and the effects of lactic acid bac⁃teria preparation on ensuring the fermentation quality of silage,improving the aerobic stability,bacterio⁃stasis and eliminating mycotoxins were also summarized.
