摘　　要：通过对达坂城区农业用水现状及存在问题的分析,提出加快计量设施信息化、完善水利工程体系、落实水权分配制度、健全水权转让机制等具体措施,促进农业水权制度改革的实施建议。Based on the analysis of the present situation and existing problems of agricultural water use in Dabancheng District,this paper puts forward some implementation proposals on the promotion of reformation of agricultural water right,such as accelerating the informatization of measurement facilities,upgrading the water conservancy project system,completing the water right distribution system and transfer mechanism.
