管理心理学视角下卧底警察心理危机及干预措施

摘　　要：卧底警察指经过精心挑选,通过变造身份、伪装成特殊人员潜藏于犯罪组织内部,依法收集犯罪证据、掌握犯罪情报、最终成功捣毁犯罪组织的法定侦查人员。卧底警察身处最危险的环境,扮演特殊的“角色”,与形形色色的危险人物打交道,需要时刻保持警惕以防暴露自己的身份。在履职过程中,卧底警察承受着巨大的心理压力,很多情况下由于无法向他人倾诉,只能自行消化、自我调整,长此以往就会发展成为严重的心理危机,影响到顺利完成卧底任务。因此,有必要对卧底警察心理危机问题进行深入研究,采取更为有效、切实可行的措施对卧底警察心理危机进行干预。Undercover police refer to legal investigators who have been carefully selected to hide inside criminal organizations by altering their identities and disguising themselves as special personnel,to legally collect criminal evidence,master criminal intelligence and ultimately successfully destroy criminal organizations.Undercover police are in the most dangerous environment,playing a special“role”and dealing with all kinds of dangerous people.They need to be vigilant at all times to prevent revealing their identity.In the process of performing their duties,undercover police are under tremendous psychological pressure.In many cases,they cannot confide in others and can only digest and adjust themselves,so they will develop into serious psychological crisis,which will affect the smooth completion of undercover tasks.Therefore,it is necessary to conduct an in-depth study on the psychological crisis of the undercover police and take more effective and practical measures to intervene in the psychological crisis of the undercover police.
