摘  要:对于四周处于自然生态属性的大型空旷区防雷措施的确定,《建筑物防雷设计规范》没有做出具体规定,提供风险评估办法确定防雷措施等级的《雷电防护第二部分:风险管理》标准对象也只针对建筑物。为了解决这一问题,利用风险管理理念,在充分考虑大型空旷区的风险源、风险分量的前提下,通过人身伤亡国际容许风险典型值关系式得出大型空旷区的雷电防护等级(LPL)。For the determination of lightning protection measures in large open areas surrounded by natural ecological attributes,the"Building Lightning Protection Design Code"does not make specific provisions,and provides risk assessment methods to determine the level of lightning protection measures in the"Lightning Protection Part 2:Risk Management"Standard objects are also only for buildings.In order to solve this problem,using the concept of risk management,under the premise of fully considering the risk sources and risk components of large open areas,the lightning protection level(LPL)of large open areas is obtained through the relationship between the typical international allowable risk of personal injury and death.
