摘  要:随着社会的发展和进步,为防止雷击造成的火灾、爆炸、人员伤亡等重大事故的发生,切实减轻和避免雷电灾害造成的损失,根据《中华人民共和国安全生产法》《中华人民共和国气象法》和《福建省防雷减灾管理办法》等法律法规规定,结合建瓯市防雷安全工作实际,应急管理局和建瓯市气象局决定在全市范围内开展对易燃易爆场所的防雷安全检查。本文针对雷电灾害的危害程度和防雷安全监管工作中的问题、现状进行调查分析,并分析了安全监管工作的重要性,希望可以给防雷工作提供帮助。With the development and progress of society,in order to prevent the occurrence of fire,explosion,casualties and other major accidents caused by lightning stroke,and effectively reduce and avoid the losses caused by lightning disasters,According to the law of the people's Republic of China on work safety,the meteorological law of the people's Republic of China and the measures for the administration of lightning protection and disaster reduction in Fujian Province,the Emergency Management Bureau of Jian'ou city and the Meteorological Bureau of Jian'ou city decided to carry out the lightning protection safety inspection of inflammable and explosive places in the whole city.However,the inspection unit is only responsible for inspection.In the inspection process,although the inspection is very serious,it puts forward the unqualified places and potential safety hazards for the owner to rectify;the inspection unit is only responsible for whether the inspected items meet the requirements of the current relevant national standards,but the owner does not know how to do it and who to look for.This paper investigates and analyzes the harm degree of lightning disaster and the problems and current situation of lightning protection safety supervision work,and then puts forward the importance analysis of safety supervision work,hoping to provide help for lightning protection work.
