摘　　要：伴随着人们对生态环境问题的逐渐重视,野生动物种群数量呈逐年上升趋势,其自由活动区域和范围也在不断扩大,对周遭人群的伤害问题也日益突出,给周围民众带来较大的财产和经济损失。首先分析了江苏宝应县的基本情况及生物资源概况,其次探讨了野生动物造成的损失,并针对野生动物致损赔偿问题提出了相应的解决对策,为日后江苏宝应县致损赔偿问题的解决提供一定的参考意见。With people’s gradual attention to ecological and environmental issues,the number of wild animal populations is increasing year by year,and their free movement areas and scopes are also expanding.The problem of harm to the surrounding people is also becoming increasingly prominent,bringing larger assets to the surrounding people.And economic losses.First,it analyzes the basic situation and biological resources in Baoying County,Jiangsu,and then discusses the losses caused by wild animals,and proposes corresponding solutions to the problem of compensation for damage caused by wild animals,so as to provide solutions to the problem of compensation for damage in Baoying County,Jiangsu in the future.Certain reference opinions.
