摘 要:为加强对自然环境的保护力度,从低碳视角出发,分析开发风电资源对自然环境的保护作用。首先分析低碳视角下风电资源的规划构成,得到其对环境与经济存在的效益影响与电容量长期规划方式。考虑到风电容量投资经济与环境成本,确定目标函数,依靠电量需求、装机容量与大容量风电约束条件规划等信息,分析风电场的放电流程,从而得到风电资源运行时排放的污染物数值。然后通过风电资源所排出的污染物与全球每日排出的污染物数值的对比情况,确定风电资源较比传统煤炭发电的环保意义。In order to strengthen the protection of the natural environment,this paper analyzes the protection effect of developing wind power resources on the natural environment from the perspective of low carbon.Firstly,the planning structure of wind power resources from the perspective of low carbon is analyzed to obtain its benefit impact on the environment and economy and the long-term planning mode of electricity capacity.Considering the economic and environmental costs of wind power capacity investment,the objective function is determined,and the discharge process of wind power plants is analyzed based on information such as electricity demand,installed capacity and constraint condition planning of large capacity wind power,so as to obtain the pollutant emission value of wind power resources during operation.The environmental significance of wind power resources compared with traditional coal power generation is determined by comparing the pollutants discharged by wind power resources with the global daily pollutant values.
