摘 要:以采自大庆市阿木塔泡的两个柱状沉积岩芯(AMT1、AMT2)为研究对象,通过对磷形态、总氮(TN)有机质(OM)和粒度指标的测试分析,结合年代测定,研究阿木塔泡营养元素的演化特征与污染历史。并运用有机指数法、单因子标准指数法,对湖泊表层沉积物氮、磷的污染状况进行评价。结果表明1982年之前,各形态磷、OM总体上趋于减少,自然输入是沉积物中磷、OM的主要来源;1982年之后各形态磷、OM总体上趋于增加,人类活动所排放的污染物对沉积物中磷、OM的沉积有重要影响,人类活动是沉积物中各形态磷、OM的主要污染来源。This paper takes two columnar sediment cores(AMT1 and AMT2)collected from Amuta Lake in Daqing city as the research objects.The evolution characteristics and pollution history of the nutrient elements in the Amuta Lake were studied by testing and analyzing the phosphorus morphology,total nitrogen(TN),organic matter(OM)and particle size index.The nitrogen and phosphorus pollution in lake surface sediments was evaluated by the organic index method and the single factor standard index method.The vertical distribution of phosphorus,OM and TN in the columnar sediment cores collected from Amuta Lake can be divided into two stages.Before 1982,phosphorus speciation and organic matter were reduced in general,and phosphorus and organic matter in sediment were originated from natural activities.After 1982,phosphorus speciation and OM were increased in general,and phosphorus and OM in sediment were originated from human activities.
