摘 要:随着人们生活水平的不断提升,对居住条件提出了更高的要求。希望在满足自身居住面积要求的同时,能够尽可能的提升住房质量以及住房体验。此外,目前全球正面临着如何减少建筑污染排放、保护环境以及节约能源的难题,因此物业管理更应与时俱进,从传统物业管理向绿色物业进行过渡,从而在提升人居体验的同时实现环境保护。利用模糊评价法,就如何对小区绿色物业实施的程度进行评价展开了分析,并针对绿色物业管理的推动提出了相应建议。With the continuous improvement of people's living standards,people are no longer satisfied with the simple demand for a place to live.They put forward higher requirements for living conditions.People hope to improve housing quality and housing experience as much as possible while meeting their own living area requirements.In addition,the world is currently facing the problem of how to reduce building pollution emissions,protect the environment,and save energy.Therefore,property management should keep pace with the times and transition from traditional property management to green property,so as to improve the living experience while achieving Environmental protection.The article uses the fuzzy evaluation method to evaluate feasibility of implementing green property in the community,and puts forward corresponding suggestions for the promotion of green property management.
