摘 要:发电厂循环水处理过程一旦发生外排现象,就会造成河流域地下水严重污染,对此,提出火电发电厂循环水零排放危险指数评价模型。分析循环水系统工作流程与保持水平衡的重要条件,确定每个子系统排水量、频率以及水质特征,通过超声波方法做整体水平衡测试,采取分级分质手段最大程度限制用水量,设计循环水零排放工艺路线,并确立评价标准构建零排放危险评价模型。仿真实验证明,该模型各指标评价值与实际值吻合程度高,能够得出一致的评价结果,为后续污染处理提供依据。Once the discharge of circulating water in power plant occurs,the groundwater in the river basin will be seriously polluted.Therefore,the risk index evaluation model of zero discharge of circulating water in thermal power plant is proposed.This paper analyzes the working process of circulating water system and the important conditions for maintaining water balance,determines the discharge capacity,frequency and water quality characteristics of each subsystem.It conducts the overall water balance test by ultrasonic method,adopts the means of grading and quality to limit the water consumption to the greatest extent.The zero discharge process route of circulating water was designed to establish the evaluation standard,and constructs the zero discharge risk evaluation model.The simulation results show that the evaluation value of each index of the model is in good agreement with the actual value.The study obtained consistent evaluation results,which provides the basis for the subsequent pollution treatment.
