摘　　要：我国小型水库数量多,风险和安全问题突出。小型水库安全运行专项检查是全面落实水利改革发展总基调的创新举措。结合参加完成2020年陕西省、新疆维吾尔自治区、新疆生产建设兵团小型水库安全运行督查工作实践经验,浅谈对水库安全运行检查工作的思考与认识,为小型水库安全运行监督检查、不断提升水库管理水平、确保水库工程安全运行提供借鉴。There are many small reservoirs in China,and the risk and safety problems are prominent.The special inspection for safe operation of small reservoirs is an innovative measure to comprehensively implement the general key of water conservancy reform and development.Combined with the practical experience of participating in the supervision of the safe operation of small reservoirs in Shaanxi Province,Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region and Xinjiang production and Construction Corps in 2020,this paper discusses the thinking and understanding of the inspection of the safe operation of reservoirs,so as to provide reference for the supervision and inspection of the safe operation of small reservoirs,continuously improving the management level of reservoirs and ensuring the safe operation of reservoir projects.
