摘  要:鉴于人工鉴定破损轮胎具有效率低下、误判率高、鉴定流程烦琐的问题,本文提出了一种基于案例推理(Case-Based Reasoning,CBR)的破损轮胎图像识别的方法,并设计了一个智能的破损轮胎图像识别系统。首先,对破损轮胎图像进行图像灰度化、图像去噪、图像增强的预处理操作。接着,在CBR系统中进行案例检索、相似度计算、案例匹配等,以匹配出最佳案例,自动输出轮胎的破损原因。实验结果表明,该系统切实可行,弥补了传统人工鉴定的不足。In view of the low efficiency,high misjudgment rate and tedious identification process of manual identifica⁃tion of damaged tires,this paper proposed a method of image recognition of damaged tires based on CBR,and de⁃signed an intelligent image recognition system of damaged tires.Firstly,the image of damaged tire was preprocessed by graying,image denoising and image enhancement.Then,case retrieval,similarity calculation,case matching and other processes were carried out in CBR system to match the best case and automatically output the cause of tire dam⁃age.The experimental results showed that the system was feasible and makes up for the deficiency of traditional man⁃ual identification.
