摘 要:石膏模具存在重量轻、生产效率高、能耗少等诸多优点,因此,在国内外得到广泛应用。但是,它也存在强度较低、使用寿命不长、质量不优良和抗冻性差等缺点,所以,如何有效地提高石膏模具的性能、最大限度发挥其优势成为当前需要解决的主要问题。本文着重研究了石膏模具改性方法,以优化改性剂配方,揭示改性机理,有效提高石膏模具的性能。Gypsum mold has many advantages,such as light weight,high production efficiency and low energy con⁃sumption,so it is widely used at home and abroad.However,it also has shortcomings such as low strength,short ser⁃vice life,poor quality and poor frost resistance.Therefore,how to effectively improve the performance of gypsum mold and maximize its advantages has become the main problem to be solved.This paper focused on the study of gypsum mold modification methods to optimize the modifier formula,reveal the modification mechanism,and effectively im⁃prove the performance of the gypsum mold.
