摘　　要：目的总结和评价预防输注胺碘酮所致外周静脉炎的证据,为临床干预方案的制订提供参考。方法针对预防输注胺碘酮所致外周静脉炎的问题,计算机检索相关文献,包括指南、证据总结、专家共识、最佳实践、临床决策、系统评价及原始研究,检索时限为建库至2020年5月。由2名研究者独立完成纳入文献的质量评价,对符合质量标准的文献进行证据提取及总结。结果共纳入10篇文献,其中指南1篇,专家共识1篇,系统评价6篇,随机对照试验2篇。最终在静脉炎评估、静脉导管置管、静脉导管更换、输液管理、静脉炎处理、监管及培训6个方面总结18条最佳证据。结论对预防胺碘酮输注所致静脉炎最佳证据的的总结,形成具体的推荐建议,可为护理人员临床护理实践提供参考。Objective To evaluate and integrate available evidence on prevention of peripheral phlebitis related to amiodarone infusion,and to provide references for clinical intervention strategies.Methods Using the method of evidence-based nursing,we systematically searched for evidence on prevention and nursing of peripheral phlebitis related to amiodarone infusion,including guidelines,systematic reviews,expert consensus report,best practices report,evidence summary report,clinical decision report,and original studies.The publications were retrieved from the inception of databases to May,2020.Two authors independently assessed quality of the included publications and extracted data.Results A total of 10 publications were included,encompassing 1 guidelines,1 expert consensus report,6 systematic reviews,2 randomized controlled trials.Totally,18 pieces of best evidence from six aspects were summarized:assessment of peripheral phlebitis,intravevous cannulation,intravevous cannula replacement,infusion management,treatment of infusion phlebitis,supervision and training.Conclusion The summarized best evidence on prevention and nur-sing care of patients developing peripheral phlebitis related to amiodarone infusion,and the formed recommendations can provide reference for nurses to establish relevant nursing plans.
