超声造影在阑尾周围脓肿介入治疗中的应用

摘　　要：目的针对阑尾周围脓肿介入治疗过程中超声造影实际应用价值进行探讨。方法选择我院接诊的140例阑尾周围脓肿患者作为主要研究对象,其中70例在超声造影引导下实施脓肿穿刺引流,将该组作为造影组,另70例患者在二维超声引导下实施脓肿穿刺引流,将该组作为对照组,对两组患者穿刺成功率、优良率、并发症等进行对比分析。结果造影组首次穿刺成功率为85.71%,高于对照组的72.85%,数据差异显著(P<0.05);造影组整体穿刺的成功率(87.14%)与对照组(75.71%)相比,数据差异不大(P>0.05)。造影组整体治疗效果优良率为95.71%,高于对照组的81.42%,并发症总发生率(11.43%)低于对照组(22.86%),数据差异显著(P<0.05)。结论阑尾周围脓肿脓在穿刺引流时使用超声造影引导下实施穿刺引流疗效显著,能够有效提升脓肿首次穿刺引流的成功率,治疗后并发症发病率低。Objective To explore the practical value of contrast-enhanced ultrasound in interventional treatment of periappendiceal abscess. Methods Our mainly choose the departments of 140 patients with periappendicural absecess as the main object of study, including 70 cases in contrast-enhanced ultrasound guided by implementing abscess puncture drainage, the group as contrast group, the other 70 patients in two-dimensional ultrasound guided puncture drainage of abscess, the group as control group, the two groups of patients with puncture success rate, fine rate and complications were analyzed. Results The first puncture success rate of the contrast group was 85.71%, which was higher than 72.85% of the control group. The data was significant difference(P<0.05). The overall puncture success rate of the contrast group(87.14%) was compared with that of the control group(75.71%), the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05). The overall excellent and good rate of the treatment effect in the angiography group was 95.71%, which was higher than 81.42% in the control group. The total incidence of complications(11.43%) was lower than that in the control group(22.86%). The data was significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion Puncture and drainage of abscess around the appendix under the guidance of contrast-enhanced ultrasound has a significant effect, which can effectively improve the success rate of the first puncture and drainage of abscess, and the incidence of complications after treatment is low.
