循证护理在结核性胸膜炎患者中的临床价值

摘　　要：目的探讨分析循证护理在结核性胸膜炎患者中的临床价值。方法随机选取2018年6月至2019年8月我院收治的70例结核性胸膜炎患者,分为35例试验组和35例对照组,对照组行常规护理,试验组采用循证护理,对比分析两组患者住院时间、住院费用以及护理满意度。结果试验组患者的住院时间、住院费用分别为(13.92±2.34)d、(4019.25±103.98)元,均显著低于对照组的(20.15±1.69)d、(7018.47±335.10)元,数据差异显著(P<0.05)。试验组患者的护理满意度是94.29%(33/35),显著高于对照组的71.43%(25/35),数据差异显著(P<0.05)。结论结核性胸膜炎患者采取循证护理疗效显著,不仅降低了患者的住院时间与住院费用,缓解了患者的经济压力,还缓解了医患关系。Objective To explore and analyze the clinical value of evidence-based nursing in patients with tuberculous pleurisy. Methods A total of 70 patients with tuberculous pleurisy admitted to our hospital from June 2018 to August 2019 were randomly selected and divided into experimental groups(n=35) and control groups(n=35). The control group received routine nursing and the experimental group received evidence-based nursing. The hospitalization time, hospitalization expenses and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The hospitalization time and hospitalization expenses of patients in the experimental group were(13.92±2.34) d and(4019.25±103.98) yuan respectively, which were significantly lower than those in the control group(20.15±1.69) d and(7018.47±335.10) yuan, with significant difference(P<0.05) The nursing satisfaction of patients in the experimental group was 94.29%(33/35), which was significantly higher than that in the control group(71.43%)(25/35), with significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion Evidence-based nursing for patients with tuberculous pleurisy is effective, which not only reduces the hospitalization time and hospitalization expenses, relieves the economic pressure of patients, but also relieves the doctor-patient relationship.
