摘　　要：目的探讨腹腔镜脾脏切除术中出血防治的手术室护理配合应用的效果。方法随机选取2017年10月至2019年11月本院收治的38例需要实施腹腔镜脾脏切除术的患者,并平均分成两组,对照组行常规护理,观察组配合全面手术室护理,比较应用效果。结果观察组患者平均出血量(200.02±1.35)mL,住院时间(8.23±1.38)d,引流管拔除时间(3.58±3.61)d,手术时间(216.72±15.93)min较对照组(285.63±4.53)mL、(13.44±2.35)d、(6.73±1.46)d、(268.45±11.26)min更优,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论做好腹腔镜脾脏切除术前、术中的止血准备和应急处理措施,可减少患者出血量,缩短手术时间和引流管拔除时间,保证患者的生命安全,使患者尽早康复出院。Objective To study the effect of nursing cooperation in operating room for preventing bleeding during laparoscopic splenectomy. Methods From October 2017 to November 2019, 38 patients who needed laparoscopic splenectomy were randomly selected, and were equally divided into two groups, the control group received routine nursing, and the observation group received comprehensive operating room nursing, and the application effect was compared. Results The average blood loss of the observation group was(200.02±1.35) mL, the hospitalization time was(8.23±1.38) days, the drainage tube removal time was(3.58±3.61) days, and the operation time was(216.72±15.93) min compared with the control group(285.63±4.53) mL,(13.44±2.35) days,(6.73±1.46) days,(268.45±11.26) min were better, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Making good preparation for hemostasis and emergency treatment before and during laparoscopic splenectomy can reduce the amount of bleeding, shorten the operation time and the drainage tube removal time, ensure the life safety of patients, and enable patients to recover and be discharged as soon as possible.
