摘　　要：通过实验对比,确定抗寒月季新品种“天山祥云”中的化学组分提取溶剂及初步分离流动相的最佳技术参数,为进一步更精细地分离及研究其化学成分奠定基础。Through the experimental comparison,the best technical parameters of extraction solvent and preliminary separation mobile phase of chemical components in the new drought resistant rose variety“Tian Shan Xiang Yun”were determined,which laid the foundation for further more precise separation and study of its chemical components.
