固砂堵水助剂在调整井上的应用

摘  要:随着油田三次加密井,长期注水、聚合物注采失衡,地层原始压力已经破坏,层间流体窜通严重,层间和层内存在压力差,导致油井套管变形,套损点多甚至发生套管错断,同时返水吐砂情况严重。萨尔图油田调整井的井网密集,修井作业期间,返水吐砂导致流砂在井间窜动游走,严重干扰影响修井作业和错断套管井的修复工作。固砂堵水助剂进入封堵层后可以让井内移动的“流砂”和地层水在助剂的作用下发生理化反应,快速形成互穿网络结构,有效地滞留在封堵层内固结成块,最后成体,不再移动游走;同时使胶结的固砂界面具有很高的抗地层流体冲刷的强度,从胶凝强度上提高了封砂锁水的成功率。With the development of tertiary inf illing and sustained water injection,unbalance of polymer in-and-out,initial formation pressure destroyed,layer fluid Channeling,pressure difference between interlamination and Layer,all will lead to casing deformation and fault,with Water and sand releasing.The well pattern of adjustment wells in Saertu oilf ield is dense,Water and sand releasing between wells,which will influence repair.Sand consolidation and water plugging adjuvant will take physical and chemical reaction in plugged zone,forming network structure interpenetrating,bonding briquette,which will resist erosion and high fluid,which enhances the plugging quality basically.
