摘　　要：海洋石油工程建设项目表现出高技术、高风险以及高投入的突出特征,做好成本过程控制管理具有非常重要的意义。文章结合笔者实际工作研究,探讨了成本过程控制在海洋石油工程建造项目中的应用。Offshore oil engineering construction project shows the outstanding characteristics of high technology,high risk and high investment,so cost process control management is of great signif icance.This paper discusses the application of cost process control in offshore oil engineering construction project.
