摘  要:海南岛南部某气田位于南海西部海域莺歌海盆地,自2008年8月投产以来,一直肩负着向海南省供气任务,为减缓气田供气紧张局面,保证长期稳定向下游供气,保持气田的均衡开采,因此,对于超浅层气层开发的需求极为迫切。超浅层水平井尚无实施先例,技术上遇到较多以前未曾遇到的技术难题。如:地层疏松,连续造斜率可行性(6°/30 m);连续大狗腿(6°/30 m)、高水垂比(2.7)及长稳斜段9-5/8″技术套管的下入及套管安全问题。通过对专业技术细化分析,形成了一整套超浅层大位移水平井钻井技术,并在该气田成功实施。A gas f ield in the southern part of Hainan Island is located in the Yinggehai Basin in the western waters of the South China Sea.Since its commissioning in August 2008,it has been shouldering the task of supplying gas to Hainan.To maintain balanced production of gas f ields,therefore,the demand for the development of ultra-shallow gas layers is extremely urgent.There is no precedent for the implementation of ultra-shallow horizontal wells,and there are many technical problems that have not been encountered before.Such as:loose stratum,feasibility of continuous slope building rate(6°/30 m);continuous large dogleg(6°/30 m),high water-sag ratio(2.7)and long stable slope section 9-5/8″technical casing Safety of running and casing;through detailed analysis of professional technology,a complete set of ultra-shallow long-reach horizontal well drilling technology was formed,which was successfully implemented in this gas f ield.
