摘  要:薄弱层剪切型破坏是规则多层砌体结构地震破坏的一种主要形式。针对发生该类破坏的多层砌体结构,在非迭代等效线性化方法的基础上,建立了其等效单自由度体系的屈服位移和弹塑性位移需求、最大层间弹塑性位移及其延性需求的计算公式。将最大层间弹塑性位移及其延性需求与相应限值进行比较,可评定结构是否达到某抗震性能目标的要求,从而建立了规则多层砌体结构基于位移和延性的抗震性能评定方法。算例分析结果表明,对于一般的规则多层砌体结构,"小震不坏"和"中震可修"的性能目标易于达到,而是否能达到"大震不倒"的性能目标主要取决于结构的变形能力和延性水平;基于延性方法与基于强度方法的评定结果比较接近;一般当房屋层数为6层及以上、高宽比不小于1.8时,基于位移方法比基于延性方法要求更高,而当房屋层数为6层以下、高宽比小于1.8时,基于延性方法比基于位移方法要求更高。Weak-story shear failure is one of the main failure modes of regular multi-story masonry structures under the earthquake. For these structures with the above failure mode,the formulas for the yield and elasto-plastic displacement demand,maximum inter-story elasto-plastic displacement and ductility demand of equivalent single-degree freedom system were proposed based on the non-iterative equivalent linearization method. The maximum inter-story elastoplastic displacement and ductility demand were compared with the corresponding limits to assess whether the structure meets the requirements of seismic performance target. Then,the displacement-based and ductility-based seismic performance assessment method of existing multi-story regular masonry structures was established. The results of calculation example show that the performance targets of "no damage under minor earthquake"and "repairable under moderate earthquake"are easy to reach for the general regular multi-story masonry structure. Whether the performance target of "no collapse under strong earthquake"could be reached mainly depends on the deformation capacity and ductility level of the structure. The results of strength-based, displacement-based and ductility-based seismic performance assessment method were compared. It is found that the strength-based and ductility-based assessment results are relatively close. When the number of storys is not less than six and the aspect ratio is not less than 1. 8,the requirements of the displacement-based assessment method is higher than that of the ductility-based assessment method. When the number of storys is less than six and the aspect ratio is less than 1. 8,the requirements of the ductility-based assessment method is higher than that of the displacement-based assessment method.
