摘  要:现有钢结构模块化建筑的连接节点大多难以用于集成房屋模块间的连接,为此,提出一种十字形板-端板连接件。通过对两个节点试件进行轴压试验,研究节点在轴压荷载作用下的破坏模式和承载力。采用ABAQUS建立试件的有限元模型,有限元分析结果与试验结果吻合较好,验证了有限元模型的正确性。采用该有限元模型分析了十字形板厚、端板厚和柱壁厚等参数对节点轴压承载力的影响。结果表明,柱壁与十字形板厚度的比值影响节点轴压破坏模式,其轴压破坏模式分为十字形板扭转破坏、柱端压屈破坏和两种破坏的组合。采用ANSI/AISC 360-2010中对柔薄板件的计算方法,得到十字形板扭转破坏下的轴压承载力计算公式。通过引入强度折减系数,得到柱端压屈破坏模式下的轴压承载力计算公式。将试验结果和有限元模拟结果进行对比,验证了承载力计算公式的实用性。The existing joints of modular steel constructions are difficult to use for the connection between integrated housing modules. Therefore,a crisscross plate-end plate connector was proposed. Two joint specimens were tested under axial compression to study the failure modes and bearing capacity. Finite element models of the test specimens were established by ABAQUS. The finite element analysis and experimental results agreed well,which proved the accuracy of the finite element models. The influence of crisscross plate thickness,end plate thickness and column wall thickness on the bearing capacity of the joint under axial compression were studied. The results show that failure modes of the joint under axial compression are influenced by the ratio of the thickness of column walls to that of crisscross plate. The failure modes of the joint under axial compression are divided into torsional failure of crisscross plate,buckling failure of the column end and combination of two kinds of failure modes. Calculation formulas for the axial compression bearing capacity under torsional failure of crisscross plate are obtained from the calculation method of the flexible plate in ANSI/AISC 360-2010. By introducing the strength reduction factor,the formula for calculating the axial compression bearing capacity under buckling failure of the column end is obtained. The test and finite element simulation results verify the practicability of the bearing capacity formula.
