摘　　要：通过对北京顺义区某住宅的研究,分析从建造体系到内装体系完全装配式的新型住宅产品特点。该项目不仅具有高耐久性的结构体系、与结构分开敷设的管线系统和高机动性高集成化的内装体系,还在每个子系统中采用了前沿的个性化解决方案。Through an elaboration on the design of an example of a residential project in Shunyi District of Beijing,this paper summarizes the new concept of fully fabricated housing industrialization.With basic characteristics including high durability,high flexibility,separate pipeline system,etc.,this project demonstrates the ability to solute problems during building process in its unique way.
