摘　　要：[目的/意义]通过对德国高校专利信息服务模式和内容的调研和分析,探索适合我国高校图书馆发展的专利信息服务方法和内容。[方法/过程]通过网络调研法和文献调研法研究德国专利信息服务体系,以设立在德国高校的区域专利信息中心和欧洲PATLIB中心为研究对象,系统调研其服务模式和服务内容,总结其服务优势、特点和成效。[结果/结论]通过借鉴德国高校各专利信息中心的服务实践经验,如完善的服务体系、专业的服务能力以及多样化的高级服务项目等,提出国内高校图书馆开展专利信息服务工作的启示供参考。[Purpose/significance]Through the investigation and analysis of the mode and content of patent information service in German universities,the patent information service methods and contents suitable for development of University Libraries in China were explored.[Method/process]The German patent information service system was studied by network research method and literature research method.Then the service mode and content of PIZ patent information centers and PATLIB patent information centers in German university were systematically investigated,and their service advantages,characteristics and effect were summarized.[Result/conclusion]By referring to the service experience of patent information centers in German universities,such as well-developed service system,professional service ability and diversified advanced service items,the enlightenment of patent information service in domestic university libraries was put forward for reference.
