摘 要:采用对苯二甲酸、间苯二甲酸和新戊二醇为主体,控制单元羧酸4-叔丁基苯甲酸(PTBBA)的加量,合成了具有不同分子结构的聚酯树脂,研究了PTBBA对聚酯树脂及其异氰尿酸三缩水甘油酯(TGIC)和羟烷基酰胺(HAA)2种体系粉末涂料的影响规律,采用差式扫描量热仪(DSC)、凝胶色谱仪(GPC)、傅立叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)等对聚酯树脂性能及粉末涂料性能进行研究。结果表明:单元羧酸PTBBA对聚酯树脂玻璃化转变温度影响较小,当其质量分数为树脂的1%~2%时,聚酯树脂玻璃化转变温度为66.08~65.22℃,2种体系下的涂层都具有很好的耐水煮、耐MEK擦拭和耐候等性能。Polyester resins with different molecular structures were synthesized by using terephthalic acid(TPA),isophthalic acid(IPA)and neopentyl glycol(NPG)as the main materials and controlled amount of mono carboxylic acid(PTBBA 4-tert-butyl-benzoic acid).The effect of PTBBA on the polyester resin and TGIC-based and HAA-based powder coatings was investigated.DSC,FTIR and GPC were used to analyze the performance of polyester resins and powder coatings.The results showed that the monocarboxylic acid PTBBA presented little effect on Tg of polyester resins.When the dosage of PTBBA was 1%-2%of the resin,the T_(g)of polyester resin was 66.08-65.22℃,and provided good performance in both powder systems,such as boiling water resistance,MEK rubs resistance and weather resistance.
