摘　　要：为了开发应用于中密度纤维板(MDF)的粉末涂料,合成了适用于低温固化粉末涂料的聚酯树脂,并将其应用于低温固化的聚酯/环氧粉末涂料中,同时研究了不同厂家环氧树脂以及促进剂用量对低温固化粉末涂料的影响。研究结果表明:用不同环氧树脂制备低温固化粉末涂料时不仅影响耐冲击性还影响表面光泽,同时添加促进剂能有效降低固化温度,但也会降低表面光泽。In order to develop powder coatings for medium density fiberboard(MDF),a polyester resin for low temperature curing powder coatings were synthesized and used in low temperature curing polyester/epoxy powder coatings.Then,the effects of epoxy resins from different manufacturers and the amount of accelerator on low temperature curing powder coatings were studied.The results showed that the different epoxy resins not only affect the impact resistance,but also the surface gloss.At the same time,incorporation of accelerators could effectively reduce the curing temperature,but also would reduce the surface gloss.
