摘　　要：颜料是水性涂料与水性油墨中的重要组分,在水性应用客户的投诉中,大多数的问题是因为颜料的不合适所引起的。本研究介绍了颜料在水中的分散过程、分散机理,并对分散剂的种类与其应用作了分析。建议颜料生产者提供纯净的有机颜料,且不含杂质、游离盐、游离酸。少量润湿剂或亲水性的颜料衍生物将有助于产品的分散。The pigment is the important component in the waterborne coatings and inks.In the application of the waterborne system,most problems are caused by the inappropriate pigments.The dispersion process and dispersing mechanism of the pigments in water,as well as the types and application of the dispersants were introduced.Pigment producers were suggested to provide the organic pigment without the impurities,salt or acids.A small amount of the wetting agent or hydrophilic pigment derivatives would assist in dispersing the product.
